The Village Code requires individuals and companies to display a valid license for a variety of activities.

Water and Sewer- Contact the Water Billing Division at 847-923-4520 to set up your water account or with water bill questions. Contact Public Works at 311 with any questions regarding water quality or service problems.

All businesses are required to implement a recycling program of at least one or more of their waste product materials such as paper, glass, plastic, metal and organics. All garbage, recycling storage areas, and grease storage containers must be screened by an enclosure. Maintenance of the enclosure is the responsibility of the property owner, and a permit is required to construct the enclosure.
