As the  2nd largest economic development center in the State of Illinois, Schaumburg is fortunate to attract many new and exciting businesses. Andigo  - 1300 N. Meacham Road

Andigo  is a  full-service  financial institution  now  open  in  conjunction  with its new corporate  office,  which is  in  operation  at  the  Schaumburg Corporate  Center.  The  Andigo  bank  branch  is  part  of  a  brand  new development  called  "Meacham Corners",  located  at  the  corner of  Meacham  and  Remington  Roads.

Bar Louie   - 1160 Plaza Drive

Bar Louie is a full-service contemporary bar and restaurant that services a variety of food and drink items. Bar Louie is now occupying the 8,300 square foot space left behind by UNO Pizzeria.


Charles Industries

Charles Industries - 1450 American Lane

Charles Industries is a diversified manufacturer serving the telecommunications, marine and industrial markets. Charles Industries is now occupying over 25,000 square feet in the former Zurich Towers.

Chuy's - 1701 E. Golf Road

Chuy's Mexican Food is a new, one-of-a-kind, Tex-Mex restaurant. Chuy's is part of a brand new development called "Woodfield Gatherings", in an out lot of JC Penny, next to Firestone.




CyberSearch - 200 N. Martingale Road

CyberSearch is a leading IT staffing solutions provider, which is widely known for delivering long-lasting connections in the information technology industry. It now calls Schaumburg home after completing a substantial build outof its new office space at 200 N. Martingale Road. Along with its investment, CyberSearch has brought 52 new employees to Schaumburg.

Elkay Plastics - 1365 Mitchell Boulevard

Elkay Plastics is a leading US supplier of flexible packaging for the foodservice, healthcare and industrial markets. Elkay has recently purchased the former Just In Time Packaging space and will be bringing over 50 jobs to Schaumburg.



honeygrow – 1701 E. Golf Road

honeygrow is a new restaurant, which centers around sustainable living and healthy eating. It offers a variety of wholesome, fully customizable stir-fry’s, salads, “honeybars”, and cold pressed juices. The new restaurant will be opening up in the Woodfield Gatherings outlot development later in 2018 along with MOD Pizza, Naf Naf Grill, and Shake Shack. 

Miller's Ale House Miller's Ale House - 1300 N. Meacham Road

Miller's Ale House is a full-service restaurant that serves steaks, original pasta dishes, salads, signature sandwiches, and a variety of different beers. Miller's Ale House is part of a brand new development called "Meacham Corners", located at the corner of Meacham and Remington Roads.

MOD Pizza  - 1701 E. Golf Road

MOD Pizza is a fast-casual restaurant concept that serves artisan-style pizzas and salads individually sized, made on demand, and ready in minutes. The new restaurant recently opened up in the Woodfield Gatherings outlot development with honeygrow. It will be joined later in by Naf Naf Grill and Shake Shack.

  PDQ – 1300 N. Meacham Road

PDQ, or "People Dedicated to Quality" is a fast casual chicken restaurant dedicated to high quality foods and ingredients. This new restaurant is part of a brand new development called "Meacham Corners", located at the corner of Meacham and Remington Roads.


Tennis2739 W. Schaumburg Road

Tennis27 is a new retailer in Town Square that offers tennis racquets, strings, apparel, shoes, bags, accessories, and yoga mats. Tennis27 is also an authorized dealer for a number of tennis brands as well as offers prompt and professional stringing services.

Value City Furniture Value City Furniture - 1015 E. Golf Road

Value City Furniture is an American discount department and furniture store. Value City recently opened after rehabbing the former 42,000 square foot Sports Authority space.
