Paylocity – 1450 American Lane

Paylocity is a payroll and human capital management software developer opening in the former Zurich Towers and will have up to 1,000 employees. 


North 680 Apartments680 E. Algonquin Road  

North680 is a luxury apartment complex with one bedroom, two bedroom, and townhouse offerings. North 680 represents the first new rental apartment complex in Schaumburg in nearly 30 years. 


 Home2 Suites - 1300 E. American Lane

Home2 Suites is a 107-room Hilton hotel that offers suite-style rooms designed for extended stays. Home2 represents Schaumburg’s 30th hotel. 


Athenex - 10 N. Martingale Road

Athenex is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to cancer treatment therapies. Athenex’s Schaumburg office is now the brand new home to the company’s pharmaceutical division.

Lavelle Law - 1933 N. Meacham Road

Lavelle Law is a full-service law firm that has moved into Schaumburg. Lavelle Law specializes in many fields, including business law, entrepreneurial law, taxation law, real estate law, family law, criminal law, immigration law; as well as many other disciplines. 











Superdry - 5 Woodfield Mall

Superdry is a men and women's clothing retailer focused on Americana apparel combined with British and Japanese inspirations. Superdry is one of Woodfield Mall’s newest tenants and is located inside the mall, at the entrance nearest to the Improv Comedy Club.

Progressive Insurance - 20 N. Martingale Road

Progressive Insurance is one of the largest vehicle and home insurance providers in the United States. Its new Schaumburg office is located in the Woodfield Preserves office center, and will be used predominately for sales.

Fabletics - 5 Woodfield Mall

Fabletics is a new clothing, shoe, and accessory retailer that specializes in activewear, fitness, and workout apparel. Co-founded by Kate Hudson, Fabletics products are geared towards women but also have a product line for me. Fabletics is located on the upper level of Woodfield Mall, between JC Penny and Macy’s.
