The Village of Schaumburg is providing a parking ticket amnesty program that will begin on Nov. 12, 2018, through the holiday season. The program will focus on extremely overdue parking and other ordinance violation fines issued before December 31, 2016. Late fees will be waived for those who qualify.

Participants in the program can pay their fines in person during business hours at the police department located at 1000 W. Schaumburg Road. Payments can also be mailed to the police department: Attention Police Village Ordinance Tickets, Schaumburg Police Department, 1000 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL, 60194-4153.
For additional information on how to take advantage of this program, dial 311 in the village or call (847) 895-4500 outside of Schaumburg and ask to be connected with the parking ticket section during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The amnesty program will end on Dec. 31, 2018.
